Absolutely. Cleanups, a single bed rebuild, a few trees, a drainage fix — plenty of our work is one-and-done. No requirement to sign up for recurring service.
Yes — fully licensed and carrying general liability plus workers' comp. We're happy to send a certificate of insurance before we start, and HOAs and property managers usually want one on file.
Applications are done by a licensed applicator using labeled rates, and we'll tell you the re-entry window for kids and pets before we treat. If you'd prefer a reduced-chemical or organic-leaning program, ask — we build those too.
Most maintenance accounts go on the schedule within a week of approving the quote. Excavation and larger installs depend on equipment availability and permitting — we'll give you a real date, not a guess.
